1. Eligible for Return
- Item received in damaged or defective condition.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Return request must be placed within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Packaging, invoice, and product must be intact.
2. Not Eligible for Return
- Customized jewellery (name lockets, engraving, special design orders).
- Jewellery that has been used or worn.
- Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
- Items without unboxing video or without proper proof.
3. Return Process
- Send return request to our email or WhatsApp.
- Unboxing video is mandatory for return approval.
- Once verified, a pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner.
- Item must be securely packed for return transit.
4. Refund Process
- Refund is initiated only after successful inspection of the returned product.
- Refund will take 7–10 business days.
- Amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
